These Terms govern access to the Uttara Ride website and use of the Uttara Ride website and its website services. By using a service, you agree to the terms applicable to that service and any additional terms shown during booking.

1. Services

Uttara Ride may facilitate mobility, parcel delivery, adventure experiences, bike/scooty rental, hotel/stay discovery and trip-planning services. Actual availability depends on location, operating hours, partner availability and the production app/backend.

2. Website and app

The website provides discovery and direct booking for eligible verified partner services: Rafting, Adventure, Hotel / Stay, Camping and Homestay. Website bookings, payments, partner operations and customer support are designed to run through the website production backend. Ride, Parcel, rider matching and live mobility are outside the current website booking scope and are not required for website bookings.

4. Rides

Ride requests may be offered to eligible riders. A ride may be accepted, cancelled or otherwise affected by availability, safety, traffic, weather, technical issues or other operational circumstances. Final fare and applicable charges should be shown through the production booking flow.

5. Parcel delivery

Customers must accurately describe the parcel and provide correct sender/receiver information. Items prohibited by applicable law or by Uttara Ride's final prohibited-items policy must not be submitted. The final app should publish weight, size, value, liability and cancellation rules where relevant.

6. Adventure, rental and stay services

Adventure activities, vehicle rentals and accommodations may be supplied by independent partners through the website booking system. Partner-specific eligibility, safety, cancellation, identification, age, deposit and other rules may apply. Customers should review the final booking terms presented for the particular service.

7. Riders and partners

Riders and partners may be subject to onboarding, identity/document verification, service standards, commercial terms and settlement procedures. Participation is subject to the applicable rider or partner agreement.

8. Payments and fees

Charges, taxes, commissions or partner fees should be disclosed through the relevant production flow. Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider. A transaction is not considered complete merely because a website form was submitted.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the service and should be shown before a production booking is confirmed. The separate Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms where applicable.

10. Safety and emergencies

Uttara Ride is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency authority. Adventure activities may carry inherent risks and may require compliance with operator safety requirements.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Uttara Ride branding, website design, text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

12. Third-party links and services

Third-party websites, maps, app stores, payment services and partner services may have separate terms. Uttara Ride should not be represented as the operator of a third-party service unless the final agreement says so.

13. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, misuse, non-payment or breach of applicable terms.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the final Terms should clearly define the respective responsibilities of Uttara Ride, riders, customers and independent partners. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Governing law and disputes

The final production version should state the applicable governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism after legal review.
